   I contacted the company before placing my order to confirm a few details about a product, and they were quick to respond, which I appreciated. The delivery itself was also prompt. However, the packaging was extremely poor. They placed two glass items side by side, wrapped only in thin kraft paper with no proper protection in between. Unsurprisingly, one of the items arrived broken and leaking. I took photos immediately upon opening the parcel and emailed them within an hour of receiving the delivery. I followed up with two more emails but never received a response. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

   Very nice Brazilian food if you are looking for tapioca or pao de queijo, between many other items. We ordered tapioca and one item came wrong, the customer support was very responsive and kind and the correct item arrived the very next day. Very good experience, I super recommend!!    Fantastic little gem of a place that I have only recently found. I had a small misunderstanding regarding my Christmas order, however this was dealt with in an incredibly friendly and professional way leaving me completely surprised, as small businesses can sometimes be difficult to reach when there are issues. The delivery was fast and the price was very reasonable, I even received a personalized "thank you for your order" message on my invoice, its little things like this that show how much care is put into the service. Will definitely be ordering from here on a regular basis now.

   Absolutely amazing service. Ordered frozen cassava late at night as I had been let down twice by a major online supplier (learnt the lesson from that!), here by 2.30pm the next day. The guys even went to the trouble of contacting the courier with delivery instructions when they picked up my email after the parcel had been dispatched. Parcel arrived, well packaged, still frozen after being in the set location for over 6 hours. Restores faith in humanity that there is such amazing good old fashioned the extra mile service out there. Thank you guys!

   I received my order few days ago and honestly, I was really happy with it. It was really well packed (I ordered açaí, tapioca and some biscuit) and they also sent some treats. I just think it would be better if they have the option for same day delivery or something like this, even if I have to pay more for that, only because of the frozen food. I’d definitely shop here again and I also recommend
