Whatever out of date computer they use to suggest alternative products for home delivery needs putting in the bin. It substituted scotch pankakes for desired scotch eggs (scotch being the match but entirely different items) as apparently none of their other scotch eggs alternatives cut the mustard, or maybe Morrisons are completely out of all scotch egg products and also sent 2x sausage rolls as apparently a good substitute for my 18 ordered...for some reason that seemed a better match than a 6 pack or two or maybe there's been a run on these as well. I had marked no alternatives wanted because I've fallen for this nonsense before where I wanted a multipack of crisps and received a single bag of pork scratchings instead. Surely a humanoid could make the decisions instead of whatever is currently being used. Now I have to go shopping later to get the items missed off and substituted with useless, unwanted items so might as well of got it all from a different and cheaper supermarket that I have to go to anyway ! Overall, another negative home delivery experience

It's not cheap in Morrisons. The store is a mess. The only good thing is they have most brands. I prefer Aldi for the good quality and reasonable prices.

Went there today to buy 24cans of coke , had my bicycle with me and forgot lock for it from home. So I went inside the shop with the bike holding it as normal . Security approached me like I'm a criminal, becouse I had a bicycle with me. Store refuse to sell me a 24 cans of cola. I was not buying any alcohol , just wanted those cola. Was treated like a criminal! Security was rude and abusive to me. I have explained to each of them - I don't have a lock for the bike and I'm not causing any danger to anyone. As they were rude to me ,i was politely explaining all , that I just wanted my cola. What a shame . What a disrespect from security and managers.

Everything you need, great produce, lots of parking and plenty of checkouts. Even a cafe. If I had to criticise, the cafe closes for food way too early and the parking gets very busy at the weekend as people park here for free to walk into the town. Overall, Morrisons is generally one of the better markets for price and offers some different products such as a salad deli and some unusual but great brands, which is nice.

Used to be a great place to shop. Now the shelves are often empty, the place is dark and looks dirty. Some of the staff I spoke with today didn't seem to care and were quite rude. Disappointing.

Supermarket was full if varied items, easy and simple to get around, only downside was no baskets at the door but they were very busy! Checkouts were easy to use and security was a new feature I hadn't seen before, very clever!

The supermarket is good , plenty of choice. Shelves were full. Unfortunately the cafe let's it down , only one lady on the till doing her best. Ordered food when it came was unedible, shan't be eating a snack their again , very disappointing.

Only visiting as on a journey and fancied breakfast , so not shopping just visiting cafe. Let’s just say they need to employ someone who actually checks the cutlery and teapots as they were filthy. I had to actually ask for someone to clean all the cutlery as I couldn’t eat with them. The tea pots were just rank even buffing them off with a cloth got rid of most of the water marks. The food was ok if only warm not hot. The sausages are lovely always taste good. The egg could have been cooked for a little bit longer as it was a bit snotty. Overall the cafe area needs a really good clean the table we sat at was sticky even though it looked like it had been wiped. It is presented quite nicely just needs staff who do their job correctly and care.

Medium sized Morrisons store with a reasonable selection of quality products at fair prices. There is a good cafe, with ample seating by the store entrance, with good food at great prices. The staff were friendly & helpful and have no issues at all with the store's interior. The car park is shared with the Peel Centre's other retail outlets and parking may be a problem at busier times, but ok in the evenings. Recommended to visit!
