These bunch of lazy people either cancel your uber eats order or it takes them 6 hours to pick your items. Worst shop i have encountered in my whole life.
I go to a few different branches very regularly. But this seems to be the only branch that struggles with stock (and I mean constantly and consistently over years), let alone the fact that they're missing a good 50%+ of their own brand products, even though still listed on the website and even though I can find it all at other branches. Heard nothing but complaints from customers and staff in regards to management. Maybe time to get one who actually enjoys the job.
The shop is great with a good range of products but I had to deal with a really rude security staff member on Sunday as it got to closing time. He approached me, waving his arms around, and was instantly sarcastic, rude and confrontational. Completely unnecessary.
Very very disappointing yet again. I sent all my groceries worth 154.96 right back earlier today. Uncooked whole Chicken came in no bags blood running everywhere. Then dried blood on other trays to which the delivery driver said they forgot to wipe the trays! Bacon, sausages no bags - Morrisons this is not safe and unhygienic. You cannot be so CHEAP so that it can cost someone their life. This is the second time you have done this - the first time my lamb leg came in no bag and blood everywhere.I listened to your driver plead with a Morrisons representative via the phone to at least offer some compensation for the distasteful delivery to which they responded no she accepted the delivery. However I did on the basis that I had no food for my family that weekend, am vulnerable with no vehicle. SHAME ON YOU MORRISONS! Also learn to take accountability - you are going to get positive and negative reviews but good customer service would have you respond to all whether you like them or not. Perhaps your head of that department should advise you better!
Large car park easy access plenty of disabled bays the basket and trolley only serve yourself section only as one person working on it so if there’s a problem you can be waiting and the keys get quite length apart from that very easy shop to use and a wide range of stock
Haven't been there in a while so I was impressed with what they have. Changing the area immediately to the left when you enter is now a speciality food and drink cafe is a great idea and the coffee is excellent. The rest of the store appears to be unchanged which for me is ideal as the aisles are wide and it's easy to navigate and items are easier to find. I certainly recommend Morrisons Basingstoke and it's well worth a visit.
Our local supermarket and overall usually well stocked and tidy. One minus, ever since the refit inside there has been an absolutely awful pungent smell around the back which we have to walk through to get to the entrance. Not entirely sure what it is but it's not exactly welcoming.
I bought diced steak and lambs kidneys today, wish I hadn't as the packaging was so flimsy that blood leaked onto all my shopping and bags. There were no bags at the checkout to cover the leaking packaging and the assistant had only a till roll to mop up with. A really poor pennypinching set up.
I use this store frequently since moving into the area, and as much as the store has a great selection of products on sale, I am baffled that they have very minimal selection for people who are trying to watch what they eat and choose lighter healthier foods. Add that to the fact that nearly every time i go to the store, regardless of time / day there are no baskets by the door, even when there are staff talking around doing nothing (right next to the stacks of baskets). I have also experienced only a couple of the staff actually being friendly, the rest of them just complain, are miserable or just ignore the customers.
