I had a horrible experience with this dealership and would strongly advise everyone to stay far away. From the moment I arrived, there were red flags everywhere. They refused to take card payments, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional. Tried to convince me to back transfer the deposit. Steve and Jorden - Both the staff member and the manager were extremely rude and arrogant when I tried to ask basic questions. Communication was another nightmare — they completely ignored my phone calls and emails after showing initial interest in making the sale. It’s clear they have no respect for their customers or any sense of accountability. Staff vaping in the office in front of the customer! After promising me good rates i did pay £500 deposit and day after they drastically increased rates. Both Steve and Jordan laughed over the phone saying the deposit is not refundable even tho they increased the rates after paying it. I have opened an investigation through my bank and i did get my entire deposit back. There’s absolutely no transparency in how they operate. Everything felt shady and misleading from start to finish. In my honest opinion, this place is unethical, dishonest, and not worth your time or money. Avoid them — they are arrogant, deceptive, and completely untrustworthy. Steve and Jordan it was a massive satisfaction winning the case and getting my money back from such an arrogant people.

Always trust a main dealer because paying the extra for peace of mind and customer service is definitely worth it because this company don’t offer that. The electric car I was originally getting had a major fault with the entertainment system so they recommended the one I’ve got. When I went to pick the car up it had a puncture, the guy drove the car round the corner, reset the computer and said it was fine now. Even though when I got home I realised he put a puncture repair kit in the boot, and because the puncture wasn’t actually fixed I had to get a new tyre put on it. I’ve since had an issue with the back-up battery, I reached out to customer services and because the car was bought 5 months ago they said they’re not going to do anything and won’t help.

A huge thank you to Isaac who helped my mum pick her new car. She had been putting off looking for a new car to suit her needs, but walked away extremely happy with a new car after the support from Issac. He was incredibly helpful and professional and willing to answer every question we had. Everything was efficient and professional. Would certainly recommend. Thanks again!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Steve at Sascron Car Supermarket! From the moment we called to book our test drive, he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He walked us through every detail during our visit, making us feel completely at ease. We were so impressed with his approach that we ended up buying the car the very same day! Just four days later, we're taking our new car home, polished and shining. Highly recommend Steve for a truly wholesome and professional car-buying experience!

I recently bought a SEAT Leon and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Simon throughout the process. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to walk us through every step, answered all our questions clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Simon’s knowledge and genuine approach really stood out – he wasn’t pushy at all, just focused on making sure we felt confident and informed in our decision. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. I couldn’t recommend Simon enough! If you're looking to buy a car and want someone honest, approachable, and supportive, ask for Simon!

We went to see a car at Sascron expecting to do a deal and drive away the same day...how disappointed we were after having driven 2 hours! We had a look at the car and noticed a large dent to the drivers door, missing rear parking sensors and heavy filler to the rear passenger door. We had to wait a lot with the salesman who could not find the service history or documents. We went through a form filling where an inspection cost and optional warranty were added to the retail price of the car. We asked to test drive but were persistently asked to agree a 'price' and refused a test drive until we said yes. Whatever happened to customer service and satisfaction, you get more buying a kettle and toaster from the high street! We would not recommend this car supermarket unless you really want the car...but make sure you look at the car first!!

Had the BEST experience buying our new car from Sascron Car Supermarket in Reading. Steve was Very professional and made sure our purchase was smooth and stress free. Steve even gave us a Courtesy call a week later to make sure everything was going well with our new car. Great customer service! Make a nice change for a company to call up after the purchase! 5* treatment from start to finish!! Would 100% recommend, great choice of cars for all types of budgets!

Extremely disappointed with my visit today, after seeing reviews and reading about other customers terrible experiences I was hesitant in going over to view the BMW X5 they had advertised on Autotrader. My main concern was as others have mentioned being forced into buying warranty and other upgrades which I didn't want but was reassured over the phone by their sales guy Kai that I didn't have to buy any additional warranties if i didn't want to and can take the car alone for the marked price. So I decided to set out today driving down 1hr 45mins from Bethnal Green to Reading then be told by sales person Jordan that it's company policy all cars must be sold with the additional warranty costing another 1k! (When I questioned about his colleague Kai - I was told that he is a trainee and gave out the wrong info). Furthermore the car apparently isn't ready for collection and needed other checks before sign off also has a recall from BMW which they needed to book in and repaired before handing the car to me. So basically take my money 35k and keep me waiting until you decide the car is ready for collection! If the car isn't ready for sale, why advertise it? I've bought many cars in the past and this is probably car no.15 so best believe I'd ask all questions before setting out. I made it very clear to management Steven that im a cash buyer and looking to driveaway same day yet they didn't feel the need to tell me over the phone that this car isn't ready for collection. Overall nice looking cars and great looking showroom but sad that they have no care in the world for peoples time. Took time off from work and wasted fuel and 4 hours travelling there and back. Should have listened to all them reviews and not waste my time. If your reading this and decide to buy a car from them I really hope that your experience is better then mine. This is not a review to put you off from buying or to intentionally ruin their company reputation its just a reflection of my visit today.

I hate buying cars - the cheesy sales talk, the diverting away from awkward questions etc. My daughter needed a new car and loved this one but would have happily walked away if I didn't give my approval. The Sales People knew this and could have played all sorts of games but they didn't. They let the car speak for itself. We test drove it and were not put under any pressure to seal the deal. It was actually £500 cheaper than the average price for a car like this. We decided to go ahead and everything was smooth with the deposit, finance etc. We were told they would try and get it ready within 3 days as they agreed to renew the MOT, PDI etc. But within 36 hours of putting down the deposit, we were driving home in a car that I feel is safe and a good deal for my daughter.
