Just paid £3.15 for 200ml of hot water. The costa machine shows £2.40 for a regular cap of tea and at the till it costs £3.15. Doesn't make sense. And i only needed some hot water to make myself some lemsip. Hopefully will get cured in no time with such expensive treat.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to the team at Tesco Express in Maidenhead for their continued kindness and generosity. They have kindly donated cakes and biscuits to the senior group and unpaid carers group that I help run, and it truly makes a difference. These donations help create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and mean a great deal to people who often give so much of themselves caring for others. It’s wonderful to see a local store supporting the community in such a thoughtful and practical way. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and clearly care about the people around them. Tesco Express in Maidenhead is a real asset to the community, and their support is very much appreciated.

Even the tesco in zone 4 and zone 5 are good. Considering they have a Lidl nearby which is super competitive this could be better

I took my service dog in to grab a bottle of water. In and out in under a minute. I get old by the guy who’s always rude to people dogs not allowed. I explained she’s a service dog and he said where’s the proof and I explain you don’t actually need to provide any and have nothing on me but she is. He calls me a liar and says he’s getting his manager. Tesco need to sort this guy out and tell him to keep his prejudices at home.

Q system puts me off. You're supposed to Q behind end isle. However, the sign is only visible when you're at it. So you get peoe Q'ing the other side, then when everyone meets at end of isle both sides think they've Q'd properly. Also, some customers take advantage and deliberately join the shorter one. Easily sorted with clear signs. I avoid this place when possible because of this

Not the most organized supermarket or the kindest staff in the world but it serves its purpose. Staff is always restocking some product and give you the eye if you pass by like you are not supposed to disturb them.

Absolutely disgusted with a member of staff who seems to be popping up on all reviews on here. She accused my family including my 6 year old boy of being liars shouting at us and then started shouting at the other members of staff. She even went to the point of trying to get customers to side with her. This woman needs to be sacked from this establishment as she clearly has 0 customer skills. I will be taking this much further.

Unfortunately staff (not all) in this specific Tesco branch are extremely rude. The Asian lady who I assume she’s the store manager sadly doesn’t know how to talk to costumers! I was using self service the other day and in the end I was trying to pay with the Tesco pay+ , it wasn’t going through, I asked if she can help me, she shouted from behind the till “you don’t know how to use the app nothing I can do!” Stop being rude!! Who do you think you are?!

Prices are a little steeper then a larger store and the variety in the store is somewhat strange. But still beats a corner store for prices and the late opening times are convenient.
