   Honestly, I felt very disappointed leaving Kwik Fit Plus Aberdeen (Hutcheon Street). I had originally paid for all-season tyres, but when I got home, I realised summer tyres had been fitted instead. When we returned to have this corrected, the wrong tyres were fitted again, and we ended up waiting around 1.5 hours just to have two front tyres changed. The whole experience showed a lack of attention to detail and didn’t give me confidence in the service. I expected a much smoother and more professional process, especially when it came to fitting the correct tyres that were paid for. It was clear the workshop coordinator was extremely busy and doing her best, but she was having to manage the consequences of careless work from the workshop personnel.

   Had a good experience at Kwik Fit! Yusuf did a fantastic job — he’s skilled, polite, and very professional. My car feels much smoother now after the work he did. The rest of the Kwik Fit staff were also friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend Yusuf and the team at Kwik Fit for their great service!

   I used Kwik Fit at Mounthooly recently after suffering a problem with what I thought was a cracked alloy wheel after hitting a pothole. They diagnosed the problem with a tyre and although they initially though the tyre could be repaired, it couldn't, but as their pricing was so reasonable I was happy to buy replacement tyres. The service I received was quick and very efficient, especially from Vicki in the office who went above and beyond anything I could expect. Although I do not normally write reviews, I felt the service was so exceptional that I would make an exception myself! Well done Vicki, you are a credit to your employer.

   Visitors to Aberdeen from Angus. We turned up on a Saturday morning with a massive bolt (and washer) in my tyre. Thankfully I had a pump to blow it up to drive the 200m to get there. The staff were all so helpful and funny and quickly sorted out the problem and replaced the tyre. Thank you so much.

   Fantastic service! Vicky - the Assistant Manager deserves a golden medal for her customer skills. I managed to get my tires changed way quicker than I thougth. Vicky also helped me out with paperwork for the insurance claim. Thanks again!

   Booking online was simple easy and service price very reasonable , but I left very confused , I will say the receptionists staff & communication was excellent, both of my issues with my car i would have thought the trained mechanic staff should have be able to deal with, but i was referred to an independent garage. seems a bit pointless. I suspect service staff have basic mechanic training & are busy with there workload.

   Booked car in for Mot and it failed, two front disks and brake pads needed replaced, front coil spring needed replaced and two sections of brake pipe replaced. Kwik fit had my car for 11 days and had to be returned during that period because there was still a sound of binding coming from one of the front wheels. The first opportunity to look under the bonnet when I got it home revealed that they hadn't screwed back the grill just below the front wipers and failed to replace the protective cap for the coil spring they replaced. That was a month ago and still no call from them about the replacement parts they were supposed to have ordered. Big fail guys and won't be using your services again which is a shame as I have been using the market street branch for years with no issues.
