I’ve been coming here for like 2 years and I must say it is my favourite nail shop to go to everyone’s so friendly and welcoming and they do exactly what u want them to do I’ve never had to complain about my nails perfect ! Perfect! Perfect! ❤️☺️
Love this place. It's clean, organised. Staff are friendly and will do any design you ask of them. It's a relaxed environment, doesn't feel manic like some places can. I always come here now
I've have been coming here for 3 years and today was my last time as I am moving cities. I would like to thank all the staff at Cindys for making my monthly nail trip amazing. They are kind, sweet and deal with my indecisiveness. I am absolutely gutted that I cannot return. Here are a few of my designs they have done. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF.

Been here a few times and service is ok however there is one lady who is exceptionally rude. Have been today and she’s huffed and puffed when shown a picture of how I would like my toes done and also laughed and said what she had done was exactly the same as the picture - was certainly not. This is the second time she has been rude when asked to make changes to the nail. On a separate occasion I brought my mother for BIAB nails and the lady gave the same attitude when asked politely to file the nails down. Was told not able to file down apparently. Rather embarrassing as I am a nail technician myself who has recently moved to derby and wanted to use a salon for my own nails for convenience. Will not be returning.
First time I’ve been here and getting my nails done professionally. So I don’t have much to compare too. There was a bit of a wait but not too long maybe 15 minutes, overall having may nails done took a bit longer than expected. But this was down to staff utilising time when my nails were drying etc to start on another customer (multitasking) which is perfectly understandable. I was always asked if I was happy with shape, length etc as my nails were being done which I appreciate. I am really happy with my nails other than maybe the colour choice but that’s my fault as I chose them. The nude colour was a bit more pinkish than I’d have liked it but the nails still turned out absolutely brilliant. Thank you! I’ll be back for sure.
This is by far my favourite and best nail place. The girls are so hard working and kind. Such a friendly environment!! I highly HIGHLY recommend them for their friendly service and such great quality nails!! I’ve found my gel acrylics don’t break or chip or fall off even after 3 weeks!
