   Avoid Avoid Avoid. Got my van failed for something never heard of with 8 advisories. Got another appointment at a different centre, passed with 0 advisories. Again Avoid Avoid Avoid.

   Went to the wrong reception first as there are no signs directing you to the MOT centre or where to park when you finally find it so arrived 10 minutes late. Was met at reception by 2 snarling old bags that couldn't have been more rude if they tried. Was told that I couldn't have an MOT booked as someone was 'long term sick'. Nobody informed me prior to my appointment that it was in fact cancelled. AVOID!!! Unless you like wasting your time and being spoken to like s*#*

   Very unprofessional and unorganised establishment. There is a lady who works there by the name of Moira, small dumpy women who is such a rude and ill mannered women it amazes me how aberdeen city council allows such a person to be working for them. She is rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, doesn’t value the customers at all, cannot even come to the front desk to speak to you, she speaks, rather she shouts from her desk and asks you to repeat things at least 6 times before she is able to get it right e.g. when giving your name and or car reg. Better to take your business elsewhere instead of this place.
