   Took my car in to check for any issues because my brakes were making a scraping noise and they fixed the issue straight away. Everytime my car has an issue such as needing new tyres, battery or brakes they have sorted immediately and quick and flexible to get appointments. Fraser the manager is first class at customer service and his team helpful, hardworking and trustworthy. They always ensure the best service and price fairly and honestly. Highly recommended and provide exceptional customer care and service every time. .

   I got a puncture at half 4 on a Saturday afternoon. Knowing they closed at 5 I called up, not feeling hopeful that anything could be done, and spoke with a member of staff. I said I could get the wheel off and down to them in 10 minutes, is there anything you can do. They were very helpful and said bring it down and we will get it sorted. I got there and spoke with the staff member (Harry), who took a look and managed to repair it straight away. Very friendly and helpful, and he got me out of a hole! Thanks

   Had to get an MOT and work was needed. The workshop was busy but they brought mine forward after a cancellation. Good communication and attitude from the staff. I'm about as happy as you can be when you've had to pay for work on your car for an MOT.

   I was forced to make an emergency stop at Kwikfit on Friday 18 November after driving through deep floodwater on a detour from Huntly. A panel was hanging under my car and bending with the wind! The man in reception reassured us that it was the engine cover which could be fixed and said it would be done as soon as a car came off the ramp! What a relief! We waited in a cosy waiting room, used the toilets and, amazingly, the job was done within 15 minutes ! All without charge! Four very happy ladies then carried on through the floods to reach Montrose! We can’t thank you and the team enough! Excellent service! Isobel

   Used this centre to replace all for tyres on my car. Bought the tyres via kwikfit on line, so was just a matter of arriving at the appointment time etc. All went well but the centre was super busy, so the job took somewhat longer than the appointment slot suggested (i.e over an hour vs thirty minutes). Not a problem for me at the time but had I had something arranged after (such as collecting my kids) it could have been a hassle. Otherwise, all good. Would happily use kwikfit and the stonehaven centre again
