Carly made my first time here an absolute blast, she guided me along the whole process, told me exactly what she was doing and why, on top of tips for maintaining and styling it, all while having a good laugh along the way. Salon is very tidy and well kept, and the whole team were extremely friendly. Will definitely be coming back!
Visited the salon on the 25th Sept 2025 and my stylist was Dawn..absolutely outstanding restyle achieved with professionalism. Also a great colour and nothing is to much trouble..The care Dawn takes to make sure your happy is brilliant. Thank you Dawn I love my hair and colour.

My first time using this salon today. I was quite anxious about trying somewhere new but Talia was amazing! I had a shampoo, cut and finish, my hair feels amazing as it was definitely due a cut!

The staff were friendly when I arrived which was important as it was my first visit. Dawn my stylist was amazing. It was my first haircut since growing my hair long. Dawn put me at my ease, she listened, and offered advice so I got the style I wanted. Will definitely be returning.
I had my hair styled by Claire. I am so happy with the way that Claire cuts my hair and always come out of the salon feeling a million dollars. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone. Claire keeps herself updated with new techniques and styles and keeps her premises very clean and modernised. A very professional business.
I had Claire for a wash, cut and blow-dry and as always she did not fail to do an amazing job. Not only did she cut my hair, but she provides such a relaxing service and it's always lovely to have a hairdresser who you can have a natter with. Claire has cut my hair a few times now and she already know what I do and do not like and has saved me from making decisions I will regret - decisions like 'chop it all off'. Would definitely recommend Renaissance and Claire!
My appointment was with Emma who is absolutely lovely as well as being a fabulous stylist. I had a cut, colour, tone & then some great purple streaks! I have been going to Renaissance now for about 3 years, and would not go anywhere else! One of the most important attributes my hairdresser has, is that she listens to exactly what i want, therefore the results are always perfect! I have long hair, and always have a full head of highlights, and a cut, every time i visit, and have also had specialist colours when i have fancied a change, such as rose gold and violet, which i LOVE!! There is a warm and friendly atmosphere upon arrival, from my very first visit; and the products used in this salon are of the highest quality! Highly recommend!
