I love visiting the salon. I always receive a warm welcome; it’s like meeting up with friends for a coffee! Katie provides super advice as she knows my hair (and me!) so well. My colour had lasted so well from last time but the new treatment was as fabulous as ever. She did indeed make me feel “priddy “!

Used this salon a few times and the service is generally good. However, I got stuck in some bad traffic today and arrived 10 minutes late to a cut and colour appointment. They cancelled the whole thing. I asked whether they could just colour it and leave the cut (which would take at least an hour) and they refused. Apparently the best they could offer was a “quick dry trim” with my 2-3 hour slot. Was really disappointing & a waste of an hour round trip from Derby after looking forward to the appointment for a couple of weeks.
This was my first visit to Obsession at Branston. The ladies made me feel very welcome and Phoebe is an amazing, very professional hair stylist . My hair hasn't looked this shiny and soft for years and I absolutely love my new hair style. I am looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you so much. ❤❤

Before lockdown I had a root tint, cut and finish and eyebrow wax at Obsession. My main aim with my hair was to match my regrowth to my pre-existing colour which was a different brand to the brand that obsession use. They did it perfectly, it was a fabulous, seamless match with excellent coverage of my greys. My hair felt luxurious and was beautifully shiny after my hair service! The stylist took care to listen to my requests with my cut and achieved the lovely blunt finish I wanted. She then finished my hair with a super blow dry which lasted for days! Before my hair appointment I had booked to have my eyebrows waxed. This was a virtually painless experience compared with other eyebrow waxes I have had previously at other salons! The therapist was very experienced and gave me advice and a future plan on how to achieve the shape I would like for my brows. Excellent service all round with a lovely friendly welcome! Nothing was too much trouble! The staff worked hard to keep the salon thoroughly clean throughout my visit too, I witnessed them sanitising all stations and contact points after each use which is good practise during this pandemic! Well done team Obsession.
