   Unfortunately there's no way to contact Sofia Calderone directly via a website or email, so maybe a review will be the best way with this and spread much needed awareness. I recently had to go into this business and ask to use their bathroom facilities. I didn't have my Bladder and Bowel "Just can't wait" card and explained that I had a medical condition, was in a lot of pain and fear and needed to use their toilet. To my shock, horror and disbelief, she said no. I said I was in a lot of pain and couldn't walk far. She said to use the garage. I said they didn't have one and she said, no.It's utterly humiliating living with a condition that means I have no choice but to do this in times of need... What's more awful and distressing is when someone looks at you like you are gross and says no... So, here's the card I was waiting for in the post at the time. And an email sent off to the B&B community that you are certainly not a safe place to go if in human need. I don't particularly care about putting this online now, because more people should be aware of these cards anyway and the fact that anyone, of any age, with a variety of disabilities may present this and (if you're a reasonable human) I suggest you let them use the toilet for what a toilet is used for!

   From a last minute phone booking to my visit this was super friendly and welcoming. I loved my salon experience from the minute I walked in through the door.
