   I ordered some wine from Majestic, Henley-on-Thames last week for a wine tasting event. The service I received in store from Matt and Fran was first class, they couldn't have been more helpful! I also hired wine and flute glasses. Such a great service! Glasses were spotless on collection and neatly packed! I highly recommend visiting this store for your next wine purchase. Guaranteed service with a smile and wine expertise at the ready!

   Worst branch & rude male member of staff. I was ignored. Then while selecting 6 bottles from the shelves and putting on the till to pay, a member of staff started to serve someone behind me. Then told me to get a trolley and stop getting in the way. I had to bite my tongue. Won’t be going here again. I have been shopping at Majestic’s for 25 years and this interaction has put me off. Please speak to the staff.

   Zoe and Matt were very helpful and courteous throughout the process when we were preparing for our party. We had a great tasting session in which they treated us to a bottle of fizz. They patiently adapted to several changes in our order and then made 3 deliveries during set up. Both were there when we returned the glasses and our unused drinks, offering our refunds promptly and without a hitch. Thank you both.

   We were helped by Oliver - very polite and had good suggestions. We came in with the intention of buying 2 or 3 bottles and came out with 8 (or 9!) as he had very good ideas of wines we might like. We’ve tried a few so far and all have met expectations!

   Sales person boy was very courteous and helpful; unfortunately he left the time I purchased all wine bottles. Went to counter and there is manager dude with so much of attitude. Never ever in my life I walked out of a store after bringing items to cash counter; I have about hundred and four employees and from that experience my two cents - the owner of this store needs to give "I am the manager guy" some real training or move the salesperson boy as manager if you want this shop to grow! update based on owners response: 1. I understand small businesses works on small profits . 2. I wasn't talking about money at all, the way your shop manager was delivering the news. He was like super mad when I politely told other gentleman told its on sale. He was like hysterically running around ; I wasn't unsure whether to sympathize with him / be mad at him. I just said thanks and left the shop but his attitude man, that was very bad. 3. When a small frog who lived in a small pond ihis entire life accidentally see bigger beasts; I am pretty sure he will use QUOTES "" as he never seen bigger ones. All the best !

   You can hire glasses from majestic at £1 a glass deposit. I wanted to hire 200 glasses and was told I had to buy 100 bottles of wine to be able to hire the glasses!

   Just called up to ask if they had a particular Whiskey in store (advertised online) and got a properly rude short sharp response from some jumped up guy on the phone. Couldn't have been less helpful. "No, don't have it, sorry - goodbye". That is absolutely not what I'd expect. I'll pop in sometime to say hi - see if I get a face-to-face explanation.
