   Ordered from Uber Eats. Delivery failed and cancelled 30mins after ordering. I have still been charged! Not happy and won't get a refund.

   Extremely poor service! Ordered a delivery from Uber eats and my order was cancelled 20 minutes after the order had been confirmed, this is totally unacceptable. This has happened more than once to myself and my dad. Having rang them to discuss this and mention that they shouldn't be advertising on Uber eats if they are unable to deliver, the lady on the phone then put the phone down on me! The same Lady has this evening done the same to my dad. I would suggest they take themselves off Uber eats or provide a better customer service! If I could give no stars I would as our delivery failed to show.
