   I too am at a loss to understand what the bad reviews are? This lady is lovely, she has a brilliant son too who was joking and laughing with me the other day. Look it beats going to the "Post Office" so called now, with 2 people on, and that's on a good day, no times shown for lunch breaks and everybody miserable as the staff there spend as much time helping the customer on the Automatic machines, while we all wait, for them to be free to serve us. I choose EVRI on all my Amazon returns, to avoid that and Sweetprice is the best EVRI Agent you could wish for.

   I went to this ParcelShop for the third time today, to try and locate a parcel that shows as ready for collection in Evri's tracking but does not in their system. At my request to check if the parcel was there (fully knowing I wouldn't be able to collect it, but at least I could let Evri know where it was) the lady refused to even go check in the back because "if it doesn't show up in the system, it's not here", in the rudest possible attitude I've ever seen, while it's entirely possible that there was an error while processing the parcel. She was rude and dismissive, while there was also no other customer in the store.

   Have been using as my evri stop for just over a month now and have had no issues. The lady helpfully showed me how it all works when I sent my first few parcels. She always greets me with a hello and we exchange few pleasantries.

   The woman in this shop is either running a parcel scam or on a massive power trip - she would not hand over my parcel as the name was shorter. After looking at reviews I can see this happens frequently with her marking some delivered and keeping the parcels. AVOID FOR PARCEL COLLECTION.

   The lady who is behind the till is extremely rude and impolite. she has no manners of speaking to customers when delivering items. she speaks very carelessly when we go to collect a parcel and if there is something wrong with the delivery, instead of being empathetic, shows her rudeness without a thought for the customer. The other reviews about her behavior speaks for themselves. I would never ever collect a parcel from there anymore. Evri should really remove this shop from their Parcel shop collection

   I’ve never dealt with such a hostile woman before and reading the reviews it definitely makes me feel better knowing I’m not the only one! Trying to collect an evri parcel on somebody else’s behalf has been an absolute nightmare and the woman behind the counter has literally shouted at me telling me it’s evri’s policy not to collect on somebody’s behalf (when it’s not). She then marked the parcel as DELIVERED AND STOLE IT. It’s caused me such a headache because I can’t prove to the seller I’ve not collected the order. Shocking experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

   I really don't undersand all this bad reviews, I always have my packages sent here and have never had any problems whatsoever. I am always greeted by the very kind lady who takes care of my parcels. I can assure you this is one of the best shops in Maidenhead, so don't give credit to the bad reviews about this shop.

   Not even worthy of 1 star. Women behind the counter is incredibly rude!!! Doesn’t know a thing about customer service. I’ve always felt uncomfortable taking my parcels in there as it’s always such a hardship for her to do them, but today it went one step too far. Never have I ever received customer service like it! Absolutely shocking!!

   Absolutely disgusted at the level of immaturity and mannerisms in the woman who was serving me. Shop was recommended to me by an uncle as he is friends with the owners, I needed to return an Evri parcel, and so due to royal mail strikes i did resort to sweet price’s services (i left the shop not having done so). What I will say is, the woman is vile and pathetic who then went on to tell me to “get lost and don’t come back” after our encounter, which just so happens to have been her fault. First and last time setting foot in that place. Literally. Disgusted at the woman is an understatement.

   I’m horrified to hear bad reviews about this shop, and the lovely lady that works many hours there. I’m always greeted with a smile and hello, and my parcels either picking up, or returning is always handled well and with a kind and cheery attitude. I have heard how rude some customers are to the staff, and they should be ashamed. Take your business elsewhere if can’t be polite and respectful 5++ from me.
