   Bit disappointed with the service I received this evening. I've always found the ladies that I've dealt with here helpful and friendly. I went in this evening with the top part of my Smok Nord 4. I bought this a week and a half ago. I realise after some time (like a couple of months) the rubber stopper might snap but after a week and half of use? Don't think so. I politely asked for a replacement and before I could provide the receipt from my purchase I was told she couldn't do that and I'd been too rough with it and there are no reported manufacturing issues so she can't refund or replace...Surely manufacturing faults start with one complaint? I could tell when i got this part that the rubber bung was stretchier and less hardy than the last one i had. I knew it wouldnt last long. I was so taken back by her unwillingness to consider any real customer service I didn't argue. It's only £3.50 but it's not really the point. Fine if you don't want to refund me or offer a replacement but to also make out its my fault? Not for me.

   Very helpful and welcoming. When i first wanted to start vaping to quit smoking, they were both very helpful in recommending a setup and giving me everything I needed. You can sample the juices until you can't taste anymore as well. When my vape stopped working, they tested it for me and found the problem. Great little shop nestled away. Always worth a visit if you want to try different juices!
