   I’ve seen Dr. Khaled several times now, and he is truly outstanding. He is patient, gentle, and explains every step clearly and in detail, making me feel completely at ease. He does an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and even goes the extra step to do polishing afterwards, something I’ve never had before. Nurse Saija is lovely, and the reception team is friendly and professional. After a challenging experience with my previous dentist, I feel very fortunate to have found him. Highly recommended!

   I’ve recently completed several months of treatment at this dentist. I saw Dr Khaled Khaled for my usual dental treatment and Dr Ahmed Elmadani for an implant. I can recommend both who gave me excellent care. The Dental nurses and reception team are great, pleasant and helpful. The practice has good availability especially where there is a problem with your teeth. Thank you

   Had a terrible experience with this practice. Was needing a tooth to be removed on witch I waited for almost a month before they did anything and the dentist liked to get xrays everytime i visited. The reception staff was unprofessional at there job. Would recommend going elsewhere for treatment.

   Not a fan of going to the dentist generally (sorry!) but really don't mind my visits here. The dentist is very pleasant, reassuring and explains thoroughly what he is going to do before doing it. The appointments are always precisely on time, and don't feel rushed, which I really appreciate. I recommend Old Town to anyone looking for a dentist. Lovely people, clean, modern surroundings and great service. Thank you!

   Wonderful clinic with modern equipment and a pleasant, welcoming reception staff. During my first appointment, the doctor conducted a thorough examination and clearly explained the proposed treatment methods in detail. At my next visit, I was feeling quite anxious, but the doctor reassured me and helped me feel calm and confident about the positive outcome. Gave me some after care advice. Overall, all the staff members are friendly, caring, and attentive.

   I have going to Old Town Dental for several years now, and have always received great dental and orthodontic treatment there. The dentists and nurses are very professional and supportive, and the receptionists are also friendly. I have had lifelong issues with my teeth and struggled with fear of going to the dentist, but since attending Old Town Dental my confidence has improved and I feel a lot calmer about going. I definitely recommend this place.

   Very welcoming staff on the reception desk. Booking appointments is very straight forward with text reminder the day before appointment. Dentist identified the problem with my teeth in no time and pain disappeared after treatment. Great service! Couldn’t fault! Highly recommend!

   I had a very bad experience without visiting the clinic, just from a phone call. The receptionist who is responsible of the taking the phone calls was not professional at all. I was kept on hold for 5 mins without knowing my inquiry, after that she after answering my first inquiry she just hang up the line. I think old town dental care must consider giving the recipient a training or they should hire a welcoming experienced employee for this important front face job.
