During a regular visit after a year-long wait, which had been postponed several times, I told the dentist that I had a crack in a tooth that had been diagnosed by my previous dentist.After a two-minute check-up, he gave me an appointment for a visit in two months. Two weeks after this, my tooth was completely chipped. I wrote to them to make an emergency appointment, and they replied that they don't give emergency appointments without checking for pain. It's a shame that these kinds of situations happen. People should be treated as such, especially when it comes to health issues.
Fantastic receptionists, Lynne, I believe is the head receptionist, puts you at ease as soon as you arrive and is extremelly helpul and welcoming. John my dentist and his assistants put you at ease, John always advises on the best treatment and carries out the treatment painlessly. A terrific team.
The reception team always greet you with a smile and are always very helpful and professional. Clinically, the dental nurses, and my dentist Dr Cameron have all been brilliant, caring and very understanding. As someone who gets anxious at the dentist they all made my experience very comfortable. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend Woodside dental practice.
Highly recommend Woodside Dental Practice!! Every member of staff in the practice who have attended to myself and the rest of the family are so lovely, professional and patient. Time is taken to explain and you never feel rushed. Reception staff are kind, caring and so, so helpful.
Had bad experience with this dental practice. Was payed alot money to fix my teeth but it wasn't done properly. In my experience never recommended Woodside dental practice.
Horrible experience at this dentist! Always left feeling unhappy. Seems as if the dentists don’t know what they are doing and don’t even listen to you. Not patient-centred at all.
Me, my son and my husband's Filling are keep falling off. It was a bad ending with our Dentist Beatriz. We had to keep going back for filling because it keeps falling off (about three times each person in same tooth). We pay extra for better materials and still the same happens. I have private Denplan and got charged the entier 2020-2021 lockdown and cannot even get a place for an emergency. We ended up with a different NHS dentist who fixed the issue on the spot for the family. I do not recommend this place anymore and better places elsewhere.
I joined the practice a few years ago, as a very nervous anxious patient. I’ve seen several dentists over the years and they have all been great. They have managed to keep me calm and relaxed. Cannot speak highly enough about all of the staff. Would definitely recommend.
From my initial enquiry,through to my final appointment, to close off my dental implant treatment, I found the engagement with staff at Woodside,Dental Practice to be very informative, reassuring and clear. My initial consultation explained the implant process, the series of appointments and how long they would typically take. The costings were broken down with full transparency, therefore allowing me to make an informed decision to proceed. All appointments were kept, with polite reminders a few days before appointments , which was very useful , in my busy agenda. The actual treatment was handled fantastically well, with my well being and comfort being put at the forefront of every appointment. I am delighted with the final result and would have no hesitation in recommending Woodside Dental to any potential client. The care throughout was exceptional, from reception, through to implants. Thank you so much for making this process, so simple and effective, the results are better than I had hoped for
