I've been quite afraid of dental appointments for a long time after some bad treatment somewhere else, but after a couple of appointments here I'm no longer afraid at all. All the staff are lovely, and they've been very efficient in treating my issue. Highly recommended by me.

After breaking front teeth got appointment easy enough service was second to none hard to find a dentist that goes above and beyond as much as this one caring and understanding i recommend to anyone who has a fear of dentists to try this one will calm you in no time for me a trusted dentists who knows what there doing
Had a horrible experience a couple of years ago and I am still paying the consequences from it. Not transparent with prices, I requested an invoice with the breakdown of my payment several times and the printer was always broken and there was always a promise that it would be sent by email (which did not happen). Medieval experience, avoid if you need a root canal or something more than a routine checkup.
I never post reviews but this practice is horrendous and it is obvious the staff are posting positive reviews. I paid private for crowns and going to this practice is a huge regret. 3 months in between appointments because they forgot to follow up (conveniently after I had already paid.) the crowns are ill fitting, I didn’t get any choice of colour, the dentist was clumsy and rough handed, and he makes excuses for every mistake he makes. The entire process has taken over a year. I wish I had never gone here!!! This practice needs reported!!!

Great service staff are very nice. Denture fits nicely, looks like my existing teeth. They make sure denture fits well and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
I have mixed feelings. I always feel very uncomfortable, don't feel like I get much of information about treatment. They do get it fixed and if you're in the practice you get to discuss quite early appointment date. But for example today I had appointment booked and the practice is closed. I arrived and there's just nobody there. I even got it written on the paper from the receptionist herself to make sure I won't make a mistake.
Recently changed practices to this surgery and have found the everything as a whole very professional and to the best standard, the dentist himself was very knowledgeable answering any queries I had and done an amazing job, The reception staff was very lovely and had no hesitation helping we work appointments around my schedule. Very clean facilities and in a perfect location! I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking.
I have recently started using this surgery and found the dentist very professional and thorough. Unfortunately I will not be returning because of the incompetent reception staff who obviously have not been trained properly. We rushed in from Aberdeenshire for our appointment to be told that there was no dentist on today and when I asked why nobody had informed me of this I was told that they left a message to get in touch which I did but did not get a reply. I thought they were phoning to remind me of my appointment. Anyone with sense would actually make the message clear that your app has been cancelled. Very frustrating but it is not the first time I have found the receptionist very unprofessional.
