   Have been here previously and had nothing but positive experiences. It seems of late, they have expanded but have not the infrastructure to support this. A full set with normal gel came to £43!!! I’m from London and anyone would tell you the extortion £43 for a full set is. Not only that, I asked for coffin, they did square… in fact, they didn’t even ask, the ‘technician’ took over 20 mins to stick the initial acrylic on, anyone who has nails done regularly knows this process takes 1 minute max. I don’t even think so called ‘technician’ was even qualified. I had an appt booked for over a wk, yet still saw me late and took 3 different staff members rotating nails round the salon to finish a full set taking over 90 mins total. As previously mentioned, the didn’t even ask for the shape, just started filing and cutting mindlessly before I told them what shape I required. Still didn’t do it. Will not be coming back here. Sadly, after moving to the countryside I thought there would be someone who had the skills to do a good job here… but there is not.

   Before finding Queen nails I had tried many different nail salons. Someone recommended Queen nails to me in February this year and that is where I have been going ever since! A welcoming and friendly team and always amazing quality nails. They always last me until my next set (which I get every 3 weeks) with no chipping. So many colours to choose from and Wendy will always indulge my nail art requests! Certainly the best nail salon in Ringwood.
