   I'm not one to complain but this was beyond me. I had booked in for an Acrylic infill but since I am not a nail tech and don't know much about nails. I informed the nails tech that I wasn't sure if I had booked for the right service. To which she replied rudely - I don't have time for anything else. I was clarifying I hadn't booked the wrong service and if I needed advice on what to book next time. She didn't give me a chance to finish explaining what I was trying to say. This other guy/partner/owner interjected also. No pleasantries at all - as soon as I walked in, the nail tech pointed to the chair as if to say sit there. I've been a loyal customer but today has been my last time at your nail shop. You do a great job but the service is appalling. Never again, am I spending my hard earned money. ******I've also noted a flowing theme that all the bad reviews on here have considered fraudulent which isn't true****** Please just learn from those mistakes if you want to continue to run a successful business.

   I was a bit hesitant at first when one of the nail technicians suggested an animal print design for both my ring fingers, but I trusted his expertise. And I am so I glad I did! I've been rocking these fierce nails for a few days now, and I've grown to absolutely love them. The execution is flawless, and the attention to detail is impressive. Not only did the nail tech do a great job, but he also helped me step out of my comfort zone and embrace a bold new look. Five stars all the way!

   so amazing and pricing is perfect, did not have to wait long and staff were lovely. my nails are perfect and exactly what i asked for!! i came back in as one of my nails fell off (completely my fault nothing to do with the application) and they repaired my nail 100% free and it was perfect. 10/10 customer service would definitely recommend!
