   I just don't understand their business model, 65£ for one hour and every pitch is empty, it's the holiday season, drop the price and you might get more foot fall. Crazy. Still a nice quiet session for us this morning. Also every pitch has rubbish left all over it. We have to pick up other people rubbish, so of which (chewing gum) had been there we weeks/months

   If your child has ASD or any other kind of learning disability please reconsider using this place they have no training on how to deal with children on the spectrum. My child will not ever be returning here he was treated badly by this company maybe the management should have some compassion and treat children with dignity,respect and kindness not all children are the same some are more difficult than others. You should be trained accordingly also after reading the reviews rudeness of staff is a problem.

   Dreadful managers, dreadful referees, dreadful pricing. Didn’t allow us a refund despite cancelling our game minutes before kick off at 9pm and very poor communication from the staff, who then arranged we play back to back games at full price, as well as 2 red cards from poor referees leaving us with banned players for 8 weeks due to their errors. Ego fuelled staff and referees throughout.

   I’ve been playing at Goals Reading for a long time, but my recent experience was shocking. On 6 September 2025, I made a formal complaint about safety and service issues after the lights were switched off two minutes early, leaving our pitch in complete darkness. Instead of a professional response, we were treated rudely — while nearby British customers were spoken to politely. Then, on 29 September, I was removed from the pitch without warning, allegedly because another player “did not feel safe.” This was completely untrue and, in my view, a retaliation for my earlier complaint. No written ban or explanation was ever given. I’ve escalated the issue to the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) because this kind of treatment raises serious fairness and equality concerns. Very disappointed. Customers deserve respect and transparency, not retaliation.

   Under the supervision of the Goals team at reading, I was greeted so gracefully & welcoming by two members of staff, I believe there names were Ryan & Daniel, not only have you got two promising young members, but two people that make it their priority & up most respect to ensure that all members of Goals, are treated respectfully but also made to feel like this is a place which welcomes football& makes it more enjoyable for us & the local community. I would like to highly recommend that the two staff members are commemorated for all the efforts in making sure that we come first. Please make sure that the these are two staff members that forever stay part of the Goals journey as I’m sure they will guide the success of this company, as that lives & breaths behind the passion of everything they do! I thank you once again Ryan & Dan for creating, what will forever be an unforgettable experience @ Goals Reading.

   Absolutely brilliant party, my son had his 12th birthday there yesterday and he and his friends loved it. Huge thank you to Callum our party host, the boys were utterly in awe of him and the rest of the staff who were super friendly and helpful. It was super easy, they provided the football, food, cake and party bags, which I topped up abit more with some sweets. Cannot recommend Goals highly enough, especially for parties!

   Just finished a birthday party for our 5 year old- it was perfect. A 2 hour party - broken into football and food in a party room. You get a coach to cover the session. We had 10 kids and went for the premier party which meant the cake and party bags were included.

   Goals Reading is great, the football pitches are a decent size, the rebound off the sides are helpful when training, the themes of the stadiums certainly impressed my little lad. The toilets and bar facilities are nice and clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful! I’d highly recommend goals for any 5v5 or 1-2-1s
