Came in for e-liquid, wasn't sure what to go for but after talking with Cauley and having him explain the differences with Pg/VG levels as well as nic salts Vs freebase I felt way more informed and confident with making my decisions, top patter and sales pitch!
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about devices and juices within store. Cauley helped me get new device when mine broke, showed me plenty options and which one suited my needs. Brilliant customer service would recommend.

I cane across this shop by chance and I’m so happy I did! I’d be using the ‘Lost Mary’ refillable devices from the garages beforehand. I did quite like them they were working out to be quite expensive and I was constantly buying the refil which would last only 1/2 days. I was walking past this place so I thought I’d go in and have a look. I didn’t have a clue what these liquids and machines were all about at all! Well a gentleman greeted me as I walked in and he couldn’t be more helpful! He explained everything about the machines and how they work. Also told me try all the different flavours so I could see what ones I liked, made me up a little package to start which last for ages I must add and saving me a fortune! He even filled up the first one for me whilst giving me a little demonstration on how to use it! Honestly I was blown away with how amazing the customer services is in here. I did take his name but sadly can’t remember it now. There’s also a young gentleman who also excellent, he even ran after me down the high street today as I’d left my device on the desk! If you’re thinking about Vaping I would 100% advise you to go in here, it’s the best customer service in Newbury by far! Also little tip, they have a liquid on offer every week for only a £1, ranging from all different flavours which is definitely a bargain. I try and pop in there once a week just to see what flavours on offer haha! Thanks VOZ Newbury!!
I don’t even smoke and yet the manager called Madelina and the good man I met there were all nice and welcoming ,they helped me get what I needed to get for my client and they sorted all that’s needed to be done ,welcome guys you displayed the best love to customers …They helped fixed the coil and inserted the liquid properly …Great job guys

Good shop friendly staff only down side was not a lot of selection there.
I was sold fake geekbars that tasted burnt immediately after opening them. The writing on the bar was different to authentic ones. Never buying from here again
