How anyone could leave a bad review for this nail salon I can’t understand. Their work is flawless and they are so talented. This is a family business who have been here for 14 years. They are always warm and friendly. Five big stars, and I would give 10 if I could.
Visited this place last Saturday after it being recommended by a friend. The process of getting my nails done was easy & the staff were attentive and friendly. However, last night after literally a week 1 of the nails popped off - I literally opened a cupboard. This morning another literally just peeled off. I’ve never had such poor quality nails that were durable whatsoever. If you can afford to pay £30 for a plain full set of acrylics every week then go here - otherwise avoid! Usually my nails last over 3 weeks! Awful.
I’ve been here twice the staff are always so nice and kind they offer tea and coffee if you want any They are great at their job if you show them the design you want they won’t let you down
Horrible experience. The lady didn’t even check if the nail polish was well applied. The excess was not removed. I was left with gel nail polish on the corners of the nail. Material not desinfected. Overall, the worst nail experience I have ever had.
They were oddly flat and thin shaped with alot of bumps and inconsistencies. Within 8 days one of the acrylic nails snapped along with my own nail very far down and a couple days later another one snapped with very little pressure. Do not recommend going! Note that in the photo attached the nail polish is my own to cover the one they did.
First time going and the staff were very friendly, made sure that I was happy with every step they were doing on my acrylics and took their time! Will be going there from now on!
