I had my nails done all the time at E-nails, today I was given an apprentice, not a problem but they didn’t make me aware that this would take 2 hours and 10 mins, i had to tell her what to do, in the end i left and had to go to another salon to get them fixed due to me going away.

Left deep pits in my nails making all my nails weak and break. Every single cuticle bled during my manicure, the instruments were not sterilised and were just put back for the next customer. I spoke to the owner at the time who honestly didn’t care.

The lady who did my nail just pulled out machine, scragged my nail n brushed it through… no final shine, no nothing. she was like “it’s supposed to be like that” ?? paid £11 for this?? nahhh waste of money. How come a nail salon doesn’t even know the basics of file n polish

Had my nails done here recently and I am really so impressed with how they’ve turned out. The lady doing them noted that I wanted them a nude pink colour and offered an acrylic in the exact shade I wanted, at first I was sceptical thinking they were skimping on gel or it was some kind of cheaper way of them doing it still charging the same price as if I’d had a gel colour applied too but she did finish it off with a clear gel polish anyway so I guess I’d still had a polish applied so was happy to pay the price that included a gel polish overlay and it was the exact shade of pink I wanted. So although she didn’t actually paint them a colour they have turned out gorgeous and a top coat was applied. The more I look at them the happier I am with the result.

I came here a couple of times to get my nails done (acrylics) I started to notice that my nails were really sore and thin. I had the acrylic taken off and my nails had these deep lines on them and were incredibly sore to to the point where I couldn’t even touch them. After googling it, it says the nail technician is filing the nails down way too much causing damage. The cleanliness was also awful and I don’t think the staff are treated very fairly. I won’t be returning!

My daughter was told it would be £26 to have acrylic nails. When she started, she was told that it would be another £2 as she was having more than one colour. The nail artist found it difficult to get one of the nails to stick so she said it would be another £2 for extra glue. The nail artist then made a mistake and had to redo another nail so was told it would be another £2 as she had to use extra nail polish. When she went to pay she told her it would be another £2 to pay by card! My daughter paid by cash to avoid another extra charge and was told she couldn't have a receipt. When she arrived home to tell me what had happened, I immediately rang to complain. The phone number stated is incorrect and there is no email. I am so disappointed that my daughter has been manipulated and ripped off in this way. Incident happened on 2nd April 1.20pm. Do not get your nails done here!!! I am angry that I am not able to follow this up in any way! I had to give it 1 star to be able to post but it shouldn't have any stars!!

The staff are very friendly, however I have used this business 5 times now and will probably never use them again. The last two times I'm pretty sure a trainee has been doing my nails without my permission. If the ladies weren't trainees then that's even worse. The first time I had gel nails and the woman not only took twice as long as usual to paint my short nails, but she also filed over them so much that they were paper thin and quite painful, then she painted over my actual skin so there was no gap between my nail and the top of my finger. I did complain about this and had it rectified by another worker there, however due to my thin nails, this was very uncomfortable and because I was there for double the time I was late to a very important meeting. I went back here on the premise that I would make sure the trainee girl did not do my nails again and noticed that she was fobbed off to some other unsuspecting poor soul who also looked very unhappy after her service, but anyway. I'm pretty sure the woman I had do my nail extensions was not a trainee, however she also filed over my already thin nails which hurt, but I doubt there is a lot she could have done about that as they were already quite thin from the last woman. I've had my nail extensions on now for just over a week and three of them have cracked right over my nail bed, my pinky finger throbs and hurts and is bleeding under the nail. It hurts so much that I don't think I can even do anything about it until the nail has grown. It's my own fault for using a place again that already let me down once. I think this business could be good as there are a few experienced nail technicians working there, however they should ask people's permission before letting a person who is still training do somebody's full-priced nails. They should also be supervised. Everybody needs to learn but people don't have money to waste and my nails are painful and useless for a while now due to this which is unfair for saying I paid £60 for my hands and feet. I'm a hairdresser and we have trainees in our salon, however we always ask the clients permission before letting a trainee carry out a service that should be done by a trained professional. I don't think I will be returning again.

Great service and quality of products. The lady who did my nails was very quick and thorough, she had ideas and advice about the design I was after and I did the right thing by trusting her to improvise with how to achieve the best result. The best manicure I've had in years.

Had my nails done here on a whim just over a week ago for my graduation. Initially service seemed incredibly helpful and friendly but very quickly went sour. The girl who did my nails drilled far too deep on my nails causing damage to them, she rushed it all, kept yanking my arm and twisting my fingers, acrylic was left very thick, and I left with imperfections on the nails she'd finished. She forced me to get the higher priced version of what I wanted. It was a painful, and very unpleasant experience and I developed an infection in my cuticle. Will most definitely NOT be coming back here again.
