I've been doing my nails for almost two years in this establishment, but sometimes I noticed some very rude tones of conversation, I preferred to believe that it wasn't me, but this week was really terrible, the air with which Asians laugh at each other looking at my face made me really uncomfortable, they use their unique language to communicate and mock other people. I will definitely NEVER STEP ON this place AGAIN.
I experienced the nail service at Rose Derby. I feel that all the staff here are very happy and attentive. I gave them a picture and they did a very professional set of nails that were more beautiful than the picture I gave. I am very happy and satisfied. Thank you Rose Derby ❤️❤️❤️
My girlfriend went to the Rose Nail and the staff was joking with her in other languages. The company need to know they are in ENGLAND and here speak ENGLISH especially in front of the costumes the people who pay their wage and their rent. This company won’t have my money and my friends money again !!!!!
I got my nails done just over a week ago and my nails are already destroyed. I went in for an acrylic removal and biab to be put on and the state my nails are in now means I won’t be able to have nails put on for a while. I am very upset and disappointed.
The staff at rose nail are ignorant and rude. I asked for a certain design and i was polite about it, they gave me the wrong nail shape, the colours was not right and the pattern wasn’t either. Therefore this shouldn’t be a business as it does not deliver costumers standards and they are not respectful towards customers. They charge £40 and don't give any good services to run a nail business. I hope my review is seen and they do something about the cons of the business
Very unprofessional staff who wouldn’t listen and made me uncomfortable. The nails themselves point up making them ugly plus that horrible shape! They are also talking there each other in chinese about customers sitting next to them! (lady in the right corner) I will never come back and I didn’t recommend. I prefer to spend that £40 for professional lady. I think people which can’t talk english and they are not enjoying them job and people here, should go back to them country
Brilliant service and beautiful nail done! Very popular shop to visit in town. Been to the shop today and staff there are very nice and gave me lots of options and helpful advice! I will start to revisit them from now. Highly recommended to anyone who wish to show off in the Christmas party!
