   Paul, Pete, Trev, Daisy! You have gone above and beyond for us here at Coffee mate mental health project in Southampton. Not only did you guys help us with replacing damaged areas to our community hub, you also helped enhance it to make it safer and accommodating for our needs. From the start of our project to help those struggling here within our city, you guys have always been so helpful and supportive.    Turn into crosshouse road and park on left facing the delivery gate just b4 the bend ! Walk in gate n to the right see forky etc and wait to be called in. 7.30-7.45 earliest entry as loading own lorrys ,can park outside. Does take a long while to tip as customers in n out take priority..

   Normally very good service from Travis Perkins Southampton especially there tool hire the lads in there have always been very helpful the building yard different story all together so sad too see how one side of a company is so punctual and the other ignorant. I have been calling and visiting since Friday just to get a price on a window I will just get told I'll call you with a price leave it with me when I chase it up I get told he's out of the office or he's in a meeting like only person can help me in the whole shop anyways i went too the next building yard and within 2 hours they managed to give me a quote and. Have ordered my window. This was a shock for me I thought tp was the best until this happened

   Work for local authority and find most of the guys and girls helpful, went in today for an order of lumber, asked the first "customer assistant" busily strapping some wood for some help and was mumbled at and pointed in the direction of all the finished lumber with a much interest as he could obviously be bothered to muster! Then after wandering the aisles like a lost child in a supermarket scratching my head ( I am not a carpenter) thankfully Max turned up and saved the day and more time of mine wandering aimlessly around. If there was ever an advert for customer service with polar opposites they could film my experience. Well done Max,top bloke.

   Went for click and collect item .Stood around for 5 minutes whilst people walked past without one staff member asking what I'd like. Eventually got served and had to find my item in the yard. Awful awful attitude and service. I'll never go back!

   My carpenter needed extra timber to fix my roof. He ordered and paid for it, on the 8th April and was told the delivery would be on the 19th, he carried on stripping the roof. That weekend was horrendous , with only plaster board covering it was freezing cold and the traffic noise meant little or no sleep. Monday morning I rang TRAVIS PERKINS and explained that we are both nearly 80 freezing and sleepless, the guy I spoke to was very concerned , and giving him the invoice number he said no problem he could rearrange delivery for Tuesday. Great no more sleepless freezing nights. When the carpenters arrived I told them that the delivery has been changed ,sweet he said. About one hour later he told me that the delivery would not be until the 19th. I rangTRAVIS PERKINS spoke to the same guy, this time he said deliveries were booked solid until the 19th and only if there was a cancellation could the timber be delivered earlier. This left with the only choose but at 77years old to climb up onto the exposed roof to replace the insulation which fortunately hadn’t been disposed of, at least we are a bit warmer and are getting a little sleep. This is my experience of your service.

   Very poor customer service after goods supplied incorrectly. I have had 3 emails from head office stating that they have passed it to the management team at this branch to sort out. Last email was a week ago promising contact by someone at this branch, and still no contact

   Supposed to be operating order before you arrive. Contacted to say order was ready only to queue for 20 mins whilst somebody ordered at counter. Not good covid safety.
