Craig was fab same as ever. Reasonably priced especially at the moment. I would recommend Hatton garage to everyone.
Used this garage for around two years with no issues except work always took longer than quoted but wasn't in a rush for the vehicle back excuses were sourcing parts i put it down to poor planning. Recent service carried out resulting in a breakdown less than 24 hours later. Fuel filter connections not made properly post filter change. Mistakes happen but now declining to carry out any work my vehicle. I like supporting local and all that but if they don’t support you then it makes it difficult. If you are in no rush for your vehicle to be returned use this garage.
Went to have a faulty van gearbox checked. I had tried at a few places in the local area with little result or service. Stopped at Hatton and was very impressed from the start. From the warm welcome at reception to the thorough test and results debrief at the end. It's not often you get to experience good old proper customer service. I highly reccommend them to anyone. Best garage in the area!
Handing the keys over to your car and leaving it unattended with a stranger takes a lot of trust. This is a business that understands that your car is most likely the second most expensive thing, next to your home, that you own. I've had both of my cars to them in the past week and I'm confident that I will now be a regular. The building is impressive and reassuringly well presented with no mess or parts lying around! Also I got a courtesy car which helped! Pauline and Craig were great to deal with. Responding to e-mails promptly and keeping me informed as to what was happening with my car. My Toyota went in for a full service and came out driving smoother, braking better and running about 5mpg+ improved. Craig explained fully what was on my invoice and why he'd done it so he could help me better understand what had been done. I genuinely feel that other places that i've had my car service with have cheated me and this is the first time my car has actually been LOOKED at! Will definitely be back and thanks to Pauline, Craig and Robert.
