   I had to change a lock on a patio door . Unfortunately they did not have a part in Bitterne but Hannh checked out local stores and found the only one available for me and then phoned to reserve it for me . She couldn't have been more helpful she's an absolute star.

   Bumped into one of the employee’s at this store in the city centre and found out he has recently left and was so shocked. He was not given any leaving card or present. He was a great employee who gave wonderful service for 5 years. ToolStation you must do better to look after your staff who serve us customers.

   There is only one member of staff at this branch who seems to care about the service that they are giving to the customer. Rest of the staff give the attitude that they don't give a toss about customer satisfaction. Dont know how many times i have gone into this branch and have had to wait to be swerved as all the staff are behind the wall chatting so no one is watching the counter ( i dread to think what the stock loss at this branch is). I don't think that i will be shopping here any longer.
