   I’ve never had an issue with this place before today, the men that work in there are all really nice but i went today & it was all women. She was talking through the whole appointment & kept stopping doing my nails to talk. She also kept stopping to ring people. I went back after i’d left as the nails on the little fingers were just a bit too long & they were so rude when i went back. She argued with me saying there was nothing wrong with them, the lady next to her agreed & i said can you please just file them down slightly. They both started laughing at me & talking in their own language & laughing. i felt so uncomfortable i said they were fine so i could leave even though they were still too long. She walked off & didn’t put any polish back on them so now they just look awful. I’ve been coming here for a long time & always thought they were nice people but after this i won’t be back.

   Been to this nail place a few times and have been over the moon every time, the staff are gentle and friendly and the place and equipment is clean, they always wear masks and it’s very safe. My nails for Christmas are my favourite yet and I adore them! Look at how beautiful they are!!!

   I actually have plasters on my nails after this. I had gel nails there they chopped my nails off and didn't even shape them properly. With the file drill thing he kit going into my cuticle I practically walked out in tears. Would not go back there again
