Stop drowning the houseplants please. Assign someone to your houseplant section that has the basic knowledge not to drown plants in water. They are all sitting inside the stoor in a not very well lit corner in over watered-heavy pots. Those plants will all get root rot not last longer than a week or so. I was unable to purchase any as they had been soaked in water. All of them. Such a shame.
It's a shame that this is the second item I've collected in the last few weeks that looks like it's gone two rounds with Tyson Fury. When this was pointed out to staff the box was ceremoniously cut open and I was told it's not damaged. I replied yes but this was supposed to be a gift. I was then told that was the last one. No reduced price take it or leave it.

I haven't been in a Home base for a while, until last week. For a long time the brand was refinding it's identity which made - apparently- for many cut price bonanzas. They seem to have stabilized back to a recognizable stocking and pricing policy and I enjoyed re familiarizing myself with the store.
Always friendly. Price higher than used to be. But starting to bring own brands back giving a cheaper range.

It may be a fairly large store but they outshine many others when it comes to customer service, both in store and by phone. Quality goods at great prices. Well done, Homebase, Winchester.
