   It’s a rare privilege to experience the joy of unboxing a high-quality product straight from the manufacturer or distributor, and KHR delivered this in spades. Through their Fly and Sand 2025 event, I even had the unique opportunity to witness the craftsmanship firsthand, beyond the factory floor. Few moments in business compare to the thrill of unpacking your tools, and in my case, unboxing my very own Hummel was nothing short of awesomeness. I genuinely would’ve paid for the experience KHR so generously provided. When I asked if I could personally unpack my Hummel, KHR kindly agreed, knowing full well they won’t have the chance to check over my machine. The excitement of opening the box, assembling the machine, and firing it up for the first time was pure, unfiltered joy—an experience I can’t recommend highly enough to anyone awaiting their first Hummel. Both Josh and Peter were exceptional, guiding me through my PST and the machine handover. It’s clear that KHR is genuinely invested in your success, understanding that when their customers thrive, so do they. I’ve only encountered one other company where a handover felt like such a privilege, and KHR has set a remarkably high standard. Their passion, professionalism, and customer care make them a standout. Highly recommended.

   I have been dealing with KHR for quite a while now, from the initial contact to arrange supplying our Lagler and sanding equipment to continued support with products and now supplying our abrasives and chemicals needs the process has always been amazing. Just also enjoyed the the PST training where Peter was just amazing too. His experience was second to none and that experience really shown through on what was an amazing day for us.    Can’t thank Peter and Katie enough for organising the work on my 1998 Hummel to be done, it sands away like a new machine with all the new upgrades, Peter gave the machine a very thorough look through and an honest opinion on what it needed, and as Peter said it would sand away like new and be good for years to come. Very happy with the service and turn around on the machine. Hume hardwood flooring.
