Fantastic starf had a order placed for me to go and collect, was all ready for me when I turned up,theve even arranged for a item that wasn't in stock for collection for me on Monday, can't speak highly enough of them
Extremely helpful staff (a pleasant change from the Fareham branch, where the bloke behind the counter seemed indignant that I was hoping for some guidance as to which one of the thirty something immersion heaters I should buy). Although the numbers on the old immersion heater didn't tie up with anything, they took the name of the cylinder manufacturer from the picture I took of it, rang the manufacturer (It's not one they stock themselves) to find out what elements it took, then found compatible ones in their stock. Cheerfully.
Nothing wrong attitude wise only at least 100% more expensive even when quoted on polypipe brand e.g 68mm downpipe- bends-fixings and many more. To find out that Screwfix once again showed the strong trade point for builders and not only keeping respectively the bar above as merchants and suppliers. Wolseley you have to do something about that if you want to remain in the game.
Never been to a wolselys branch as bad as this. Was going there every other day, as I'm doing a big commercial job near by. Would end up being in there no less then 1hr at a time no matter how big or small the list was, sometimes over 2hrs. Never again!!!
