   I have been shopping at Wilkos for as long as I remember for a variety of things. The staff have always been pleasant & helpful. I'm very sorry to hear the company is having to close, & wish, all the staff, my best wishes for the future.

   Generally has what I'm looking for on the lighter side of DIY materials or office supplies. Though the latter has been a little barren lately. A great place for Pick & Mix when they have their half-price offer on during school holidays.

   My partner wanted to take 3 rolls 2 open) back to wilko. As we spoke a lady on tills she called to get the supervisor I'm guessing to get a refund. Another shop worker butted in and made a comment along the lines of "if the first didnt work why did they use second one) I'm sorry but it's actually none of the other staff business I felt like it was rude comment to make. You don't say comments like that infront of a customer it's rude and unacceptable and unprofessional. If we not satisfied with product that been open then we have everyright to return! Iv never made comments like that to customer in all my years of beeing in retail I'm sure if I did I would be pulled for it! Thankyou for supervisor and lady who helped us!

   No staff to help, and again didn't have what I wanted. I've virtually stopped going in now but thought I'd try my luck, what a waste of my time AGAIN...I think it's just a handful of staff running it... ridiculous. That's my last trip there, Wilco's of old is long gone.

   A lot of empty shelves with many basic things missing. Hardly any staff about to ask as usual and the constant over-loud disco beat which is synonymous with wilkos. Altogether an awful experience would not go again unless forced

   I like wilkos but the only problem is there is no staff on to help... Even the cashiers usually don't know if they keep that thing in stock or not!

   Staff are always rally polite here and most of them seem to go above and beyond for all their customers. Really good shop and at really low prices! Large variety of different things and they always have great deals on. Washing/laundry items are pretty much always on offer which is great. Only thing they could improve on is the dog toys. They usually have an amazing selection of dog toys but recently a lot has been out of stock.

   Massive store selling all types of household goods from electric sockets and paints to toiletries and stationary, a real eclectic selection of goods at really good prices. Try here first before paying big prices in the Intu centre. I do find the staff extremely helpful
