   I’m writing this review to share some feedback about an experience I had as a customer of Studio Be who share a car park with Pink Lily I unintentionally parked on the wrong side and did not realise the designated areas. I sincerely apologise for the oversight and understand the importance of these distinctions. However, I was taken aback by the manner in which the situation was handled from the owner of Pink Lily, Alana. The interaction felt quite rude and aggressive and could have been addressed more courteously. I believe that respectful communication is vital for a positive experience for all customers. In light of this, I would encourage you to consider how you would feel if this kind of treatment were directed toward your own customers. I’m confident that a more courteous approach would help ensure a welcoming environment for everyone. A situation that is clearly a daily frustration for yourself should not be taken out on customers and a more professional solution should be found between the two businesses and customers should not be placed in the middle.

   This is without doubt the most beautiful salon I’ve ever been to, from the stylish décor to the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the team, who are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Alana, who has carried out several piercings for both myself and my son. She is exceptionally professional and puts you completely at ease, explaining every step of the process clearly. The piercing clinic itself is spotless, modern, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, which gives me total confidence each time I visit. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for piercings. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I’ve visited Pink Lilly a number of times and Alana pierced my ears recently. The process was pain free…. Alana is lovely and made me feel at ease.. The salon is immaculate and staff are friendly (Linda and Gav are great assets).
