   I've been here twice. Both times for a new door handle for my double glazed shop door. First time I went I had a great service. Very friendly and came round and helped me find what I was looking for. Second time earlier this year was awful. Man behind counter refused to come out and help me find what I needed and which size was which as the packaging wasn't clear.

   What a waste of time company! They have no problem turning people away. Called in this morning, door locked, had to shout through the shutter at the side! I was the only one there and they wouldn't serve me because I wasn't in the virtual que!! Whatever that is? There's better places out there.
