Was managing a pub round the corner and came in for a meal deal style snack. I picked a sandwich, drink and those southern fried chicken pieces, got to opening them and they were 2 whole months out of date!

I have just arrived in the area and I was greeted at the tills and staff on the floor with respect and empathy and kindness as I am disabled and in a mobility scooter nothing was too much trouble when I wanted something out of my reach and when going through the till the male member of staff was warm and kindly help pack my purchases what a lovely welcome into the area. What an encouragement to go to that store.

James the manager in the Winchester branch is the rudest man I have ever encountered in a shop. Once I accept, he was busy talking to another member of staff, but this week, he was dismissive and uninterested when I asked if they sell a wine I had seen advertised on tv. At least the other staff make up for his lack of interest in his loyal customers.

Just bought a Korean beef rice pot from here and it was inedible, absolutely stinks. Could have poisoned someone, can only imagine it was left out somewhere and got warm. Unless you're desperate to buy 99p choco pops this place isn't worth it.

Good branch usually well stocked and checkouts well managed, however parking restricted to an hour only which sometimes is not enough for a big shop and when checkouts are busy. Please allow 90 mins as do Lidl and some other Aldi.

We were fined Β£70 parking in their customer car park while shopping in their store. Their cashier was slow and our overall stay was 1hr 15 mins, so not our fault it went over the 1hr 10 mins allowed. Aldiβs lost my custom.

Be aware that the parking here is terrible. At peak times you'll be waiting to get into the car park. Some spaces also flood and become unusable in the rain.

You only get 1 hour in the car park before they fine you Β£70 !! Shopping with a disabled person can sometimes take a bit longer but your always aware of how long you have. Staff member on the till must have been the most miserable person i have come across

Visited this Aldi as I donβt often go here and I was disappointing owing to a number of reasons. I went to the store at around 8pm which is two hours before closing; it appears as if they start stocking up for a night shift but forget there are customers still in the store, often crates and pallets block the aisles and access to fridges and freezers and there arenβt even staff around to move them. The store was very messy with rubbish on the floor. The non-food section was a mess and not inspiring. Many products were unavailable/out of stock. Staff werenβt all that friendly and the car park was very small with limited spaces available. Overall very disappointed as usually other Aldi stores are much better organised, but this one is regularly below standard. On the contrary, the store offers good open hours and a free ATM. See below photo, there was even an open pack of cheese puffs in the non-food cage.
