This is the third hair salon I've tried in Aberdeen and it'll be my last! Kinga is very talented and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Kinga did everything I asked for with my cut and blowdry. Very happy indeed, thank you!

Where to start ! Booked in for a full head tint and highlights, on arrival was informed I didn’t need highlights! My hair colour was very tired and faded but she said a toner would be sufficient ( they only last a few washes ) however I ended up with a ROOT tint only and a toner ( no highlights ) yet was still charged the price had I had highlights, initially I was happy with my hair but on returning home it was noticed by my husband how squint my neckline was and was strange clumps rather than a blend. I requested him to take a picture which I sent to various friends to see if it was just me that thought it looked odd ( it wasn’t just me ). She kept asking the salon owner for advice and what she thought. This should have been a red flag in itself. Would not return here to be charged the same price for the colour services I received as to what I booked is shocking
Thought my hair was grand until i arrived home and my husband told me I had a bald bit and my neck line was squint. Booked a repeat appointment which I have now cancelled
Nicola has been doing my hair for a lot of years she is very patient and professional and really enjoy the atmosphere along with other customers it's an enjoyable experience that I look forward to
Absolutely delighted with my colour, took a few steps and visits to get the outcome I wanted, from dark brown to grey. Nicola has worked her magic on me. Th salon itself is very inviting and has pleasant surroundings, nothing too much trouble, and a lovely cuppa too.
Older lady wouldn't listen to what i wanted done, kept saying 'yes but i will do this' when i stated what i wanted again she said yes but i will do this! I tried several times but she did what she wanted to do not what i wanted!! Came out unhappy and went somewhere else to get it done the way i wanted!! Young lassie is brilliant but older lady too set in her ways and will only do what she thinks you should get!! Paying customer should decide not service provider
My girlfriend came here today after getting a bad hair cut and being told other things! She’s came home absolutely over the moon with the transformation! They’ve totally sorted her hair so it’s the colour she wanted and completely sorted her cut! She was even treated to tea and a biscuit from the staff! The staff member brogan has the pictures for evidence on the change she made! Thank you so much for helping her out!
