Booked an appointment and told the girl I spoke to that I had long hair but was wanting a dry cut. That was fine until I went the following day to my appointment and was told they could not cut my hair dry because it was too long. She didn't have time to fit in a cut and blow dry. Wasn't asked if I wanted to rearrange. Left disappointed.
