Just had a tooth taken out by Assem Almasri. It took longer for the injection to kick in than it did to extract the tooth. Painless, (even the injections were mere scratches) and very quick. Thank you very much for a great job. Very professional and patient too.
I highly recommend this practise . For someone who isn't fond of needles and stuff, I always leave their clinic with a smile, wondering what all the fuss was about . I've always had excellent treatment with this clinic, from bookings through to aftercare . They do put in a lot of effort to make you feel at ease , that for me is lovely.

I didn’t have to wait long, the waiting room chairs were well spaced and it felt safe. The only thing I felt a little uncomfortable with was answering the Covid related questions in a public space. All the other stuff was online, and that was excellent. The person at reception was nice, it’s always nice to have your name remembered! The dentist, Paul, was new to me but he was very thorough and I really appreciated the care he took and the advice he gave. I’m looking forward to going back! This was in 2020 I think. Since then the practice seems to,have collapsed somewhat. My appointment for early February, which was made the previous October, was cancelled and I was told they’d get in touch when they had another dentist. I’m assuming that hasn’t happened yet (mid April) so I’ve found another dentist.
Excellent treatment at my annual checkup with Paul who is friendly and professional. Only one little grumble. I was there 5 minutes before time but was kept waiting for half an hour without an explanation. Perhaps next time explain there might be a delay as it might be helpful to your patients? Staff are very friendly and helpful. My Dentist took his time to explain everything and always made sure I wasn’t in any pain. Like a lot of people I don’t like going to the dentist but here I feel at ease. They are also fantastic with my girls, which makes the experience a lot easier. Thank you
My dental check up appointment was very good and highly professional as always. Unfortunately not as impressed with my hygienist appointment. The basic treatment was fine but felt it was very rushed and the attempt at teeth polishing was completed in under a minute (one single quick pass of the polisher around my mouth with no attempt to actually polish them). Out in under 20 minutes and it cost more than my actual dental check up appointment which surprised me.
