Competent and efficient nurse, administration was average, my email told me to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment, this is unnecessary if you have filled in all the forms electronically before attending. Battery management is any issue, as my nurse had to try many batteries to get her equipment operational.
Lovely aesthetics. Seen at exact appointment time. Unfortunately wasn't told I shouldn't drive after having a local anaesthetic to my finger as it would negate my car insurance should I have an accident. So I've had to make another appointment for the surgery. Staff were lovely and very efficient.
As always a terrific GP appointment at ROC Clinic with Dr Emily Parfitt who is professional, supportive and goes the extra mile to provide information and guidance. All clinic staff friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend ROC Clinic Westhill.
Clinical staff excellent, just a shame the business model is to extract cash immediately after treatment. It would be much more professional to send an invoice, advising payment within 7 days. Difficult to extract your wallet after surgery!
Disappointing experience with ROC Clinic Aberdeen last week. We had a confirmed appointment for blood tests and a scan, we drove over an hour to get there, and arrived to find the doors locked with a sign saying “closed for administrative reasons.” No phone call, email or text message to let us know. We rang which went to voicemail and still no return call to apologise. Thankfully, we managed to secure a last minute appointment at another clinic in Aberdeen.
I was seen with 24 hours of calling. The doctor was fantastic with the consult, the examination and his comforting expertise. Seen who I needed to see all within the hour. I went home with a sound mind on the issue. Thank you so much.
Dear Dr Romete, I had an appointment at your clinic yesterday to have a toenail removed however this turned out to be a waste of my time. The doctor advised me that he could not complete the operation to my satisfaction because he did not have the chemical used to kill the nail bed. Consequently I spent two hours on a 50 mile round trip for nothing. To make matters worse the receptionist tried to charge me £175 for the pleasure. Surely I should have been contacted before the appointment to discuss this issue so that I did not waste my time and yours. This experience has left me lacking confidence in the standards of professionalism within ROC Healthcare.
Attended the one stop breast clinic in Aberdeen and couldn’t believe the speed of the consultation and treatment. Everything was thoroughly investigated and I left feeling very reassured. The staff were wonderful in all areas - thank you!
As a retired GP, with my wife, were very impressed with the care given by all the staff, especially Dr (Mr) Mustafa. It saved endless waiting on the NHS.
I wouldn't recommend considering they employ a doctor who spouts unfounded misinformation about vaccines. They replied to this review regarding vaccination "..debates over this medical subject shall continue for some time and we welcome the opinions of everyone" Except Dr Malhotra's views are without any credible evidenced base and hence are not open to debate.
