   I required a OEUK Medical uregently due to offshore work changing last minute. On calling the Clinic Administrator 'Ilkay' was extremely helpful and managed to get me an apoointment that day. On arrival the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Offshore Medicals can often be a nervous time but this was not the case. Dr Dumitriu was superb and I will definetely look at booking here again. Thanks again Team.

   Booked through my work for a ENG 1 medical. Turned up 20 mins early. To be told i wasn’t even going to be seen to till an hour and a half after my booking time. Shambles. Explained to them I needed to be away by a certain time and I should maybe rebook,m. However the lady at reception said they will squeeze me in which was very much appreciated at the time. However this never happened. The ear test was done a in a normal room, which the reception kept on coming in every other minute adding to the stress of missing the noisies, not the booth I’m used to. Sat for another hour waiting for the doctor. My company said it will be an hour, hour and a half tops. Which I planned for. Terrible experience, poor organisation from assured. The only positive was the the staff were really polite and nice. However not a enjoyable experience

   I recently visited this medical clinic for a work-related medical check required for my job in the oil & gas offshore industry. The experience was excellent! The doctor and the assistant were incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The clinic's location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport. I truly enjoyed my interactions with the staff and would gladly return for any future medical needs.

   Efficient, easy, professional and a thoroughly pleasant experience. RUK and OEUK medicals completed. They are located at Aberdeen Airport which is notorious for costly parking but there was ample free parking available at the practice. The doctor had a really calming manner which had a positive effect on me, my blood pressure reading was near perfect. Her advice was accurate, I followed it to a "T" and the results spoke for themselves. The staff went the extra mile to answer email queries promptly and a big shout out to goes to Ilkay for making me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. I'm actually looking forward to my next medical! What a pleasure.
