Do not recommend attended twice now and first time extreme tooth pain and was told fill in would cure it Im a very nervous patient with dentists after work was done on the tooth they said was damaged I was told to return the next day to then be told it was a wisdom tooth so basically pain work and time and big bill on the wrong tooth. I'd be referred to the hospital dentist to have the wisdom teeth removed 9 weeks later after an accident at home I had to attend the hospital dentist (Argyll) which was brilliant in helping out a very painful situation of knocking three teeth out it came up in conversation I was due to be in there for wisdom tooth removal which has been very uncomfortable to which they had no record of a referral ever been done. I then attended kingswells again the next day as instructed to see what could be done with the 3 broken teeth and to put a plan in to action to basically they couldn't get me out quick enough and wasn't really helpful at all i won't be back and will have to find a new dental practice who actually care about the patient and there pain and needs instead of telling them how much thousands of pounds it will cost very disappointing and unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of having, DR Zara perform her miracles on my new dentures. She was very professional and her attention to detail was second to none. I found it, unlike many, a pleasure to visit the dentist. Many thanks

I have been very impressed with Kingswells dental, especially my dental team of Mohsen and Paulina. Very friendly and professional with any required treatments and their various options explained in detail and carried out extremely efficiently. Highly recommended.

Wouldn’t recommend. Me and my partner turned up today for our appointments 9 and 9.15am for initial check ups to register. After waiting 25 minutes we approached the receptionist who went to check what was going on. We were then told our dentist was running late and wasn’t in the building. Told them it would’ve been nice for us to be told and we were ignored. 10/15 minutes later someone else approached us to apologise. Simply annoying that it took so long for them to notice a dentist wasn’t there and that we had been waiting for so long. Frustration lies with the fact we’d have been charged £1 per minute of appointment time if we were a no show. So for 2 of us missing that appointments it would’ve been £30 charged. Our time is apparently free. One lady was apologetic and sympathetic but the other lady was not. Apparently she was running late due to offshore Europe and schools going back. I managed to get in from town and back to town not a problem even during “rush hour”. They asked if we’d like to rebook which simply I’d rather not. Already registered with another local dentist.

I cannot rave about this dental practice enough! Being a very anxious patient and having my first root canal treatment today, my dentist and his assistant have been of great help to healing my dental anxiety as a whole. They made me feel safe, relaxed and supported throughout the whole journey. The procedure was completely painless (even the anesthetic injections were a breeze) and I was kept informed of what was happening all the way through and reminded that I was in control and we could stop at any time. Honestly after weeks of anxiety build up to this appointment, I've left feeling very happy and at ease, feeling more confident and less anxious for the fillings I require next. Also very friendly, helpful reception team. Never had a better dentist!

Great dentist and all other staff. This dentist helped me with pulling out the roots of my wisdom tooth. I had a traumatic wisdom tooth extraction in the past (not in this practice), so I know how difficult pulling out this root was. I also know that I'm not the easiest patient, especially as I have always had a fear of going to dentists :D, even before my first wisdom tooth extraction. Also, she admitted me as an NHS patient in Covid times when finding an NHS dentist was extraordinarily difficult. She is one of the few dentists in Aberdeen that wants to help anyone, not just rich people who can pay for private treatments. :) My fear of going to dentists is much lower now as I know that I am in good hands.
