Horrible staff, tried to purchase a few things today to be yelled at to 'go away and piss off were closed' by some middle aged rude blonde woman, tried to ask what was up with her attitude and she just walked off. (Turns out the building flooded or something and they 'had a sign up on the door' wasnt there when i went lol) sort your staff out Co-Op and retrain them.
This is the closest grocery store to my flat and I was just going through the reviews and I don’t think it correct, every time I go there it’s been a good experience and if you are not local then I don’t think people understand that how many times a day the staff has to look out for the people who are trying to steal, happened couple of time when I have been in. I have always had great experience with most of the staff but some of them could be nicer though but understanding that they are always on a lookout and stressed, it’s fine!
Useless staff went in to get some bits I have a membership but apparently my card doesn't work no help to try n sort the problem out made me pay full price what's the point of having the membership then just to be told to go and talk to IT department
The store itself is lovely, fresh bakery. However was extremely put off by the lack of staff around, no one in store to answer my questions and had to use self checkout unfortunately. To my disgrace as I left I saw ‘dale’ stood directly outside the store doors in full uniform smoking a cigarette! Utterly disgraceful If you ask me.
Tracy attitude is appalling and so rude and mean for NO REASON! She is a nasty piece of work. Not only was she rude to me but whilst I was doing my shopping heard her shouting at some poor man not going to shop in here again. Really scared of Tracy :(
I don't know why Tracy is so rude and mean, if she doesn’t like working here then just leave, don’t bully customers pls
I'm going to work again with no breakfast this is now becoming more and more common. Why is it so hard to get a delivery every morning? I now have to change my routine or stop at Tesco
I will make this short and sweet "LAUREN FOR MANAGER". Lauren is fantastic, works very hard and keeps this store together. Lauren always goes the extra mile and is fantastic at customer service. EMPLOY A SECURITY GUARD AT NIGHT to stop all the shoplifters, who just take what they want. LAUREN IS BRILLIANT. KEVIN IS VERY VERY VERY RUDE, THROWS THE CHANGE ON THE COUNTER AND LOOKS MISERABLE.. IN MY OPINION, GET RID !!! AND QUICK... Miserable man
Dreadful service, continuous problem. Staff too lazy to serve on the tills. Direct you to self service machines, I'm disabled, when I asked to be served on tills , blonde lady muttering under her breath. Very lazy, slovenly staff in general, with the exception of a girl called Lauren who is the only assett to this incompetently run store. Co op.... Take note
