I have been using the cryotherapy chamber for a couple of months now. Even after my first shot I noticed an improvement in my sleep. After using it regularly for a couple of months, I have noticed less exam stress, quicker metabolism and improved joints. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Reasonably priced too.
Great facility. The use of the cube made a big difference to my sore lower back. The tightness eased across a couple of days following treatment. Had a super deep sleep the night after my first treatment. It’s a great setup in a clean and modern building. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. Well worth a course of treatments.
Have had disc bulges in my lower back for years and tried all sorts of treatments and surgeries with not much luck. The cryo chamber was incredible and gave me some long term pain relief. Definitely need to come back soon!
I have been using the Cryotherapy chamber 4-5 times per week for 5 minutes at a time. That feeling when you come out of the chamber is really good and has helped my lower back pain considerably since I started using it. The session prices are really affordable as well, plus the weekly pass that has just been launched is a no-brainier.
Myself and 2 daughters got our nail done here a few weeks a go and it's the worst nails we have ever had done. They are different shapes, within 2 days the so called builder top coat started to peel, cheap way of doing biab nails but charging proper biab prices and was not very relaxing hearing the hairdressers gossiping and being loud. Booking is not very clear either. All in all I was very disappointed with our experience and will not not be returning
