Double check what they charge you as I’ve been overcharged on numerous occasions- the young lady at the till is very rude. I don’t use the newsagent now.
Tried to drop off a couple parcels there and was told that they weren't taking anymore today, but then cashier changed their mind and decided they could take one parcel and one from someone else who came in after me, but then wouldn't take another parcel from me. Everything is left behind the counter in a large pile so no wonder they can't take more than one parcel from each person.
Absolutely terrible went in there about a year ago with my friend and brought £5 pouch of tobacco for my mum. They then said the card declined which IT DIDN'T as I had my mum check her bank account which had the statement that it had in fact been taken out of her account, therefore the guy who was serving us was in the wrong. Once we had provided him with proof he still tried to say we hadn't payed for it a proceeded not to give is the tobacco. I then got my mum on the phone and she told them if they don't give it over to me when it's been payed for she will call the police and guess what they gave it over and banned us all from the shop all because they tried to scam us for more money. I would definitely suggest the one near aldi on belvios Road much better service and never once scammed me
All the staff are so rude!! No prices on anything. Please don't even bother trying to dropping off a yodel parcel there. I have been told the Internet is not working, they have run out of labels and the box is full so they can't expect anymore parcels. A dreadful place!!!
Fantastic service, it is now my favourite, polite. cheap not over priced like many shops.
Tried to return a parcel using Collect+ here. They say you can print in store but their printer was broken. I couldn't then print it off myself so had to drive ages to another Collect+ store instead.
Don’t bother to use as a parcel drop off. Left 3 parcels there on Friday 18th, heard nothing from DHL, went there Monday 21st and they were still behind the counter. This was in December by the way and those parcels were Christmas presents! Utterly incompetent! Steer clear!
