The security guard threatened me and told me to come back at 11 when his shift finished to deal with me. As tempting as that is I think I’ll take legal action against Tesco. I came with my service dog and the security guard tried to shout at me from his little corner. I told him she was a service animal and asked for proof. I didn’t have it on me and the law states I don’t need to carry or provide it when asked anyway. He then proceeded to follow me around the store and every aisle that I went down, he stood at the top and watched me. Clearly trying to intimidate me, I confronted him and that’s when he threatened to fight me after his shift. A member of staff was stood there and did nothing. When I asked her to do something, she told me he hasn’t done anything wrong. So threatening to beat up customers isn’t wrongdoing? Following someone because he didn’t get his way is ok? I was threatened because I had a service dog. That goes way beyond discrimination. Tesco head office I’ll wait a week for contact then start legal

Great staff who were very helpful, special thanks to the manager today too who was very approachable and kind. Prices are also better than sainsburys

Good as always. Music on the speakers extremely loud for a period of time. Than back to normal.

As a store, this is a lovely Tesco which stocks a variety products. Just be wary if you decide to use this store for Evri collection, as they can lose parcels sometimes, as I have had one of mine lost by them, as they had let someone else collect it.

Convenient for buying things you need desperately and not willing to travel to the big stores. This store is always busy with local students and limited stock on shelfs.

Standard Tesco express. Very convenient to buy bits n bobs. The parking is a bit of a nightmare outside as it’s a busy main road. Meal deal is always a top choice. All the things you’d expect from a Tesco express.

i don’t like the manners of a certain staff a member was extremely rude to me and my mate we are in secondary school buying things for our parents after school when one of them rudely started making digs at us , we didn’t do anything in anyway to be spoken to so abruptly . As young people it is very embarrassing yet intimidating as the women was much older than us.

First I was accused that I was lying. I mean I was complaining about something and the response was that I made it all up. Wow! I then ask for the shop manager to sort things out. After some time someone came to tell me that I was not lying, but she told me that she is not in charge to change things. At the moment there is no one in charge in this shop, but I could leave my phone number for the event that someone that takes reponsibility arrives. No one wants to take responsibilty and finally the customer needs to pay for the incompetence of the staff. Responsibilty is shifted from one person to the next until the customer gives up. What a shopping experience! Well, a few bugs do not kill me. I learned that Tesco is the place where it is all about them. Why need customers?
