Often you have to wait at the till because there's nobody there and they are often poorly stocked with meat etc and for confectionary etc theres a better shop 30 seconds away, the staff is nice though

More of an inconvenience store than convenience shop as supposed to be. Absolutely awful management of the shop. In terms of how they go about shifts, actual human to manned the tills and stocking, but blocking to shop around. Well over a year, store opening hours placed on shop itself then online, and even their own company-owned site... Have never matched to their actual trading hours. Mostly open later, and closed early. Therefore lack of reasonable access to the Amazon lockers.

Anyone who knows the two old Asian man and woman ? Are they the owner or the staff? They really catch an attitude towards Asian customers and being really nice to white people when it comes to customer service. I have been there plenty of times and it’s close to where I live . I’m just wondering if they are the owner I’ll never go there again. Such a sell out couple, gross, shame on you though.

I got couple of snacks everything was fine till i got the cookies from CO-OP these were the Belgian Chocolate 4 triple chocolate cookies they tasted like cleaning chemicals within all 4 cookies and it even states that they are made freshly prepared on the packets and it still had date till it was expired. VERY DISAPPOINTED plus the staff was very and talking while customers are lining up!!!!!!!!! Thank you, for understanding.

The store is quite good but you always price your products at higher costs than other stores. I could find a box of malteasers for £2 usually £1 but in the co - op, it will go for over £2!

The store is almost always poorly stocked, low on staff and seems to run on a shoestring budget. The store would be a lot more profitable if you could actually buy what you wanted. I pop by a lot on the way to work and it's becoming increasingly difficult to buy lots of foodstuffs there in a country where it should be easily expected. 2 stars instead of 1 as the few staff that work there are alright and generally helpful and some even embarrassed by lack of stock. Reflects really badly on mgmt of store, cost-cutting to the extreme here.

Every time I go in this store its early in the morning and I am met with an extremely rude blond woman, short stocky build with zero personality who doesn't even acknowledge customers. I have walked up to the till and nothing from her at all. I ask for cigarettes, they are scanned and chucked on the side with no amount asked for. Its disgraceful behaviour. This woman is like this every time I come to your store. And I'm starting to think that she is not only rude but extremely racist. As it appears to only be me that she treats in this manner. I will not be returning to this store again.

What a disappointing store! A quarter of the shelves are completely empty. Why is this in such a busy location? More staff are required. The one, & only, staff member I saw today was friendly & the store was clean.I won't go there again.

This is an excellent co-op. I would go so far as to say that it is world leading in distribution of supermarket goods. It is a very pleasant change from other, less good shops to arrive in this, a very good shop. I recommend visitting this shop to witness its glory with your own seeing eyes.
