Lovely staff, very kind and helpful. I think the staff member that everyone's complaints are about is no longer working there
Young boy at the til is extremely rude. Also personal hygiene needs to be taught to him as the place smells horrific. Not trying to be rude but it is extremely unpleasant as soon as you walk in the door
The young brown guy at the till doing parcels, is extremely rude and impatient. I do not recommend this place, stay away !!! very poor customer service.
Usually perfect.. However this evening I ordered and then it was cancelled I know I will get a refund however can't order from anywhere else until money is back in my bank it's not even late so a bit confusing
Staff are always lovely and welcoming to me! They ask how my day has been and always greets me with a kind smile. Parcel service is good and it is an overall warm experience coming here.
I am really disappointed coz the last 3 times I visited the store the guy behind the till was constantly talking on his phone.
Been using this place as our local for years and they recently renovated. The new interior is very nice and big, definitely recommend
