    My wife left the salon in tears after a consultation. She was made feel silly and small all because she ‘wasn’t sure what she was wanting’. This then resulted in the salon owner sending her away. Rude and unwelcoming.

    Had my hair done by Georgia, i’m blonde and I asked for foliage and she give me orange brassy tones. Also the haircut was uneven. I feel like she wasn’t paying enough attention to my hair. I was that upset I just paid and left without saying anything. I couldn’t believe it. The customer service is awful and too much attitude.
